• User-Generated Content: Chat messages, inquiries, and listing descriptions.

Note: Sensitive data (e.g., IDs) is collected only with explicit consent and stored securely.

• Facilitate tenant-owner connections without brokerage fees.
• Verify user identities and property ownership.
• Publish/manage listings after a 24-hour review process.
• Send notifications (e.g., new inquiries via email/dashboard).
• Improve Platform functionality and user experience.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only under these circumstances:

• Mutual Consent: Contact details (phone/email) are shared between tenants and owners only after both parties agree via the Platform’s chat feature. Users can toggle this setting in their dashboard.
• Service Providers: Trusted third parties (e.g., cloud hosts, analytics tools) bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: To comply with law enforcement or regulatory authorities under Indian jurisdiction.

We never sell your data to third parties.

5. User Rights

Under Indian law, you have the right to:

• Access/Correct Data: Review and update your profile via your account settings.
• Withdraw Consent: Opt out of non-essential communications or data sharing (info@kiraayepe.in).

Ethics Policy

KiraayePe is exclusively dedicated to residential properties. Commercial property listings are strictly prohibited. If any individual requests payment to list a property or offers unauthorized "subscription" services, please report immediately to info@kiraayepe.in. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action under Indian Penal Code provisions.

Actionable Feedback Policy

We welcome feedback to improve our services. Submit suggestions via info@kiraayepe.in. All feedback will be reviewed, and actionable items will be implemented within 30 days.

Corrections Policy

Users may request corrections to inaccurate personal/property data through their dashboard or email. Changes will be reflected within 48 hours after verification.
